We make every effort to ensure that our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, and overall appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, individual screen settings, and variations between fabric batches. Such variations are natural and are not considered defects and, therefore, do not constitute grounds for a return, exchange, or refund. Each abaya includes a chiffon sheila. Please note that the shade of the sheila may vary slightly from the abaya depending on fabric availability and may not be an exact color match. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that these variations may occur.
Custom
All custom made orders are created specifically according to the client's selected preferences and measurements. As each piece is made especially for you, custom made orders are strictly non returnable, non exchangeable, and non refundable once the order has been confirmed. Please ensure that all measurements provided are accurate, as The Hidden Hills Society is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by the client. The final fit and measurements may vary depending on the cut, style, and design of the abaya. Any additional measurements, alterations, or special requirements must be clearly stated in the notes section at the time of placing the order. All The Hidden Hills Society orders undergo a quality check prior to dispatch. However, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can review the issue and assist you accordingly. Any item approved for return due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item being received must remain in its original condition new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Ready to wear
All Ready to Wear orders are produced in standard sizes, with a detailed product description provided for each item to help you make an informed purchase. We kindly ask that you carefully review the size guide, measurements, and product details before placing your order. Return & Refund
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. All items from The Hidden Hills Society undergo a quality check prior to dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email. Your request must include your full name, mobile number, order number, clear photographs showing the defect or issue, and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once your request has been received, our team will review the details and respond as soon as possible. Approval of a return or exchange is subject to our review of the issue and does not automatically apply upon submission of a request. To be eligible for an approved return or exchange, the item must remain in its original condition new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges sent without prior communication and written approval from our team. Items returned without authorization may be refused. The Hidden Hills Society reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or service where the above conditions are not met or where a request does not comply with our policies.
Alterations
Custom-made orders are crafted according to the measurements provided by the client at the time of placing the order. If any additional alterations are requested after the order has been completed and delivered, alteration fees will apply.
Alteration Fees:
Length Alteration — AED 70
Full Alteration — AED 200
Please note that all shipping and delivery costs associated with sending and returning an item
for alterations are the responsibility of the client.
Production lead time
Our standard production lead time is 3 - 4 weeks. During peak periods and high demand seasons, production may take approximately 4–6 weeks. Production timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the design, order volume, and availability of materials. Shipping
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping, delivery, and contact information when placing an order. The Hidden Hills Society is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by a third party courier. The Hidden Hills Society is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
UAE Orders
Shipping within the UAE is paid directly to the courier upon delivery. Delivery fees typically range from 35–50 AED , depending on the delivery location.
International Orders
International shipping charges are calculated according to the final weight of your shipment. Once your order has been completed and is ready for dispatch, the final shipping cost will be confirmed and a payment link will be sent to you prior to shipment.
International shipping rates start from
First kilogram: 100 AED
Each additional kilogram: 60 AED
Final shipping charges may vary depending on the total weight, destination, and applicable courier charges. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the client.
